Happy New Year! We hope 2026 has opened well for all of Elton’s fans.
It has been another busy start for Radio Elton John, where we have rebranded as REJ.World.
You will see our new logo on the website and podcast platforms.
What is more, the flagship show Saturday Night’s Alright (for Podasting) has been renamed for the start of Season 5. It is now called ENCORE: Chats with Elton’s Circle and Fans.
We think the title better reflects the diversity of the chat show with guests who worked with Elton or who have been inspired by Elton. The show is hosted by George Matlock and began broadcasing in 2022.
We hope you also liked the innovations of 2025.
Saturday Night’s Alright episodes from Season 4 are now available in full and free of charge on the Silver page of REJ.World as well as your podcast player apps. They contain advertising. We also welcomed in December, Neil Barrett’s brilliant new series Neil’s In The Mix where he analyses one Elton song in granular detail and comes up with some surprising conclusions. A must for true Elton fans. Again, available free.
Pinner, the REJ orchestra, has been busy composing Elton fan songs for our ENCORE: Chats with Elton’s Circle and Fans. The band of music students started with us in August 2025 during the episode with Andre Miripolsky and has become a firm favourite.
