It’s official. Elton John and Brandi Carlile’s new album Who Believes in Angels? has topped the UK official album charts – and allowed Elton to bag his 10th #1 album in his home country.
Elton spoke in a mailshot to fans on Friday about how “incredibly grateful” he was to the fans for this achievement, adding “That [the album] has resonated means more to me than I can express. To reach Number One with this album… it’s overwhelming. I am so proud of what we created, and so thankful to you for supporting it.”
